Support for the activities of Fundacja Wysokich Obcasów
The Administrator (Fundacja Wysokych Obcasów KRS 759171, NIP 5213849673, ul. Czerska 8/10, 00-732 Warsaw) provides via the Portal (www.fundacjawysokichobcasow.pl) the possibility of supporting monetary payments (having donations) in the Foundation’s statutory activities.
Cash payments to the Foundation may be made:
1.1 Traditional bank transfer;
1.2. Using Internet payments supported by Internet Payment Operators (PayU). The current and full list of methods enabling making payments is made available by the Administrator in the Portal, at www.fundacjawysokichobcasow.pl.
1.3 Detailed rules for making cash payments, referred to in items 2 and 4, are each time set out in the regulations applied by the relevant Internet payment Operator.
1.4 As part of cash payments, the Administrator provides Users with the opportunity to make cyclical cash payments to the Foundation carried out by the relevant Internet payment Operator in accordance with the conditions specified by him.
1.5 In order to initiate cash payments, the User should log in to his individual account on the Portal and select the amount of cash payment that will be carried out cyclically once a month by charging the payment card operator / bank account by the online payment operator.
1.6 The Administrator informs that the full details of the User’s payment card will be stored only by the payment Operator. The payment operator is intermediating in making donations and provides a “token” (virtual card identifier), enabling the assignment of a unique identifier to an individual User, by means of which this User makes payments to the Foundation. The “token” given during payment contains the card number encrypted by the payment operator and expiry date, which means that the Foundation does not receive or process data in the form of a full payment card number.
1.7 The User may at any time opt out of making recurring payments (donations) to the Foundation. To do thus the User should:
1.8 Send an e-mail to email@example.com. The content of the e-mail should include the first and last name, e-mail address (indicated during registration on the Portal for making recurring payments) and a mobile phone number.
1.9 The Administrator may direct to Users making recurring payments specified in point 4 a special monthly newsletter containing information about the Portal’s activities and other content related to the promotion of the Foundation’s statutory objectives. The user may at any time opt out of receiving such a special newsletter by using the link (link) contained in each newsletter or by changing the settings on the user’s account in the tab Your messages.
2.1. Complaints about the operation of the Portal and Services provided through it may be submitted by the User by e-mail to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org
2.2. In the complaint, the User should indicate its subject, in particular describe the Service to which the complaint relates, as well as the circumstances justifying the complaint and provide data enabling contact with the User in the form of an e-mail address.
2.3. Complaints will be considered by the Administrator within no more than 30 days from the date of its submission by the User.
2.4. In the case of complaints related to making cash payments, referred to in item 5 above, the complaints should be directed directly to the appropriate Internet payment Operator. More information on submitting complaints regarding making cash payments can be found at: https://www.payu.pl or on the User’s bank website.
3.1. These Regulations enter into force on 1 September 2019. The Administrator may from time to time amend these Regulations, including in particular those aimed at adapting its provisions to generally applicable law. The current versions of the Regulations will be made available to Users on the Portal along with information about the change.
3.2. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
3.3. If any provision or provisions of these Regulations prove to be invalid, unlawful or ineffective, this does not prejudice the validity, legality and effectiveness of the remaining provisions of the Regulations.

Personal data will be processed for the following purposes: (1) billing related to donations and donor service, and (2) information and education related to the statutory activities of the High Heels Foundation based on the following legal grounds: art. 6 clause 1 letter a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (consent) and art. 6 clause 1 letter f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (legitimate interest).
The recipients of your personal data will be: banks, online payment operators and other entities related to the implementation and settlement of donations as well as companies providing hotline services, courier companies and entities cooperating with the High Heels Foundation in campaigns and information and educational projects.
Your personal data will be stored until the consent is withdrawn, the donation is settled, and after that period for the period during which the law requires the storage of data or for the period of limitation of any claims.
In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:
the right to access data content, the right to rectify data, the right to delete data, the right to limit data processing;
the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data by the Administrator at any time. The consent may be withdrawn by means of an application sent and e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org or by post. Data processing carried out until the consent is withdrawn remains lawful;
the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) if it finds that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Providing personal data by you is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purpose referred to in point 2.
