Economic education and professional development for women program
Poland is in last place in the EU in terms of the number of employed women. Financial independence is, in addition to education, a fundamental element in building the strength and and self-sufficiency of women. No matter the level of education, there are no programs in the Polish education system that teach the basics of saving, managing a bank account, investing and understanding the difference between capital and financial liability.
The result of this is a general lack of basic financial skills and knowledge, which especially affects the level of women’s functioning in modern society.
We want to change this.
We are looking for partners who can help us create a nationwide educational platform in the field of personal finance, with a course for women, similar to the English language courses on Coursera, consisting of educational webinars with lectures, workshops and supporting materials prepared for our women students.
